Description:
Chinchero and Pisac are Cusco´s most important handicraft markets. The archaeological site of
Ollantaytambo is also situated in this Sacred Valley that runs along the Urubamba River. You can
relax under the shadow of the eucalyptus or watch beautiful landscapes. Or you may work on a
terrace or collect salt. This valley also offers endless possibilities such as trekking, climbing,
horseback riding, rafting, kayak, paragliding, hang gliding and thermal baths.

Duration: 8:30am - 6:30pm

Itinerary:
Our Sacred Valley tour begins at 8:30am. We visit Pisaq´s archaeological site and handicraft
market. On our way to Urubamba, we go by colourful towns as Coya, Lamay, and Calca. After
lunch in Urubamba, we sightsee the ancient inka town and fortress of Ollantaytambo. In
Chinchero town, we visit the San Pedro Church. Our tour ends in Cusco´s main square.

* Tourist Ticket:
There are three different circuits for which you need to buy a tourist ticket to get entrance:
- Circuit 1: Cusco's monuments,
- Circuit 2: Cusco's museums,
- Circuit 3: Sacred Valley.
Each circuit costs S/. 70 and has a validity of 10 days. For S/. 130 (around US$49), you have
access to all three circuits. There are discounts for Peruvians (50%) and students with an ISIC
card.
